By accessing or using StyleAI (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

StyleAI provides AI Style Analysis, Visual Style Score reports, and outfit-related guidance for entertainment and personal reference only. For entertainment & reference only. Not medical, professional, or psychological advice. Results are algorithmic estimates and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not use them for clinical, employment, insurance, credit, or other high-stakes decisions. We do not provide “beauty rankings,” appearance judgments tied to skin tone or gender stereotypes, or content that targets religion.

You must be at least 16 (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country). You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account.

Photo upload for analysis is voluntary. We do not require forced face-data collection to browse the Service. You agree not to: • Upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content • Reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service • Misrepresent outputs as professional certification or clinical assessment • Harass, discriminate against, or harm others • Circumvent payment, quota, or security controls

Paid plans are billed through Creem. Benefits apply after successful payment confirmation. Pricing is offered in USD and/or EUR only. Local-currency wallets and local payment apps are not supported. Creem may display and collect applicable taxes. Payment methods available through Creem may include credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA where offered in your region. Availability depends on Creem and your device/bank. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (/refund). Except where required by law (including applicable cooling-off rules), fees are generally non-refundable as described there. We may change future-period pricing with notice.

StyleAI branding, software, and report templates are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights in photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process those photos solely to provide the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy (/privacy), Japan APPI Statement (/privacy-jp), and Korea Personal Information Processing Policy (/privacy-kr) where applicable.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, legal risk, or misuse. Surviving provisions remain in effect.
