Privacy Policy

StyleAI (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides AI Style Analysis, Visual Style Score reports, outfit guidance, and related membership services via our websites and apps (the “Service”). StyleAI is for entertainment and personal reference only. It is not medical, professional, or psychological advice. We do not rank attractiveness, promote appearance anxiety, or make judgments about religion, skin tone, or gender identity. We collect only what is needed to run the Service: • Account data — email, hashed password or auth tokens, display name, plan/membership status. • Analysis inputs you choose to provide — photos you voluntarily upload for analysis, plus optional context (for example occasion preferences). Photo upload is optional and never forced; you may use the Service without uploading a photo where features allow. • Analysis outputs — Visual Style Score, Style DNA summaries, outfit suggestions, and related report text generated from your inputs. • Usage & device data — pages viewed, feature usage, approximate region from IP, browser/device type, language preference, and security logs. • Payment data — checkout identifiers, plan purchased, currency, and payment status. Card and wallet payments are processed by Creem. We do not store full card numbers on StyleAI servers. • Communications — support messages (including deletion requests). • Cookie / preference data — see Section 8 and our cookie notice.

We use personal data to: • Provide analysis, history, stylist, and membership features you request • Authenticate accounts, manage subscriptions, and process payments • Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents • Send transactional notices (login, billing, service changes) • Improve reliability using aggregated or limited analytics where appropriate • Comply with law and respond to valid requests We do not use uploaded photos to build advertising profiles, sell facial templates, or infer sensitive attributes such as religion, ethnicity, or health status. Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, bases include: contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security and integrity), consent (non-essential cookies or optional features), and legal obligation.

Collection flow 1. You create an account (or browse as a guest where available). 2. If you start an analysis, you may upload a photo and optional preferences. 3. We process the image to generate a style report and store the report (and, for signed-in users, a history entry) according to your plan. 4. If you purchase a plan, Creem processes payment and notifies us of entitlement status. Deletion flow 1. Self-serve: signed-in users can delete individual analysis records from History where the product provides a delete control. 2. Account / full erasure: email 827727847@qq.com from your registered address and request deletion (account and/or analysis data). Describe what you want removed. 3. Verification: we verify identity (usually via the registered email) to prevent unauthorized deletion. 4. Completion: we delete or anonymize personal data in our systems within a reasonable period, and within timelines required by applicable law, except data we must retain for billing, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance (kept only as long as needed). 5. Processors: where feasible we instruct processors (including hosting and payment partners) to delete or stop processing personal data they hold for us, subject to their legal retention duties. You may also withdraw cookie consent for non-essential cookies at any time via the cookie banner controls (where shown) or by clearing site data in your browser.

Payments are handled by Creem, our payment processor. Creem supports GDPR-oriented payment compliance for checkout. StyleAI remains responsible for describing how we collect and delete account and analysis data (see Section 4). Accepted payment methods through Creem typically include credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA where available in your region. Local wallets are not supported. Prices are shown and charged in USD or EUR only. Creem may calculate and collect applicable taxes. Card and wallet details stay with Creem; StyleAI receives payment status and subscription entitlements, not full card numbers.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port personal data; withdraw consent; opt out of “sale”/“sharing” where those concepts apply (we do not sell personal data); and complain to a supervisory authority. • Japan (APPI): see our Japan APPI Statement at /privacy-jp for purpose-of-use details under Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information. • Korea (PIPA): Korea residents should also read our separate Personal Information Processing Policy at /privacy-kr. Face/photo analysis is voluntary; we do not require forced face-data collection. To exercise rights: 827727847@qq.com. We may verify identity before acting.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with processors needed to run the Service (hosting, database, optional AI/vision providers, Creem for payments, media storage, and limited analytics/error monitoring), under appropriate agreements. Processors may be outside your country. Where required, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

We use essential cookies for authentication, security, and locale/theme preferences. Non-essential analytics cookies (if enabled) are used only with consent where required. On first visit we show a cookie notice so you can accept non-essential cookies or continue with essential cookies only. You can change your choice later by clearing site cookies or contacting support. Disabling essential cookies may break login or core features.

• Uploaded photos are processed to produce results; we do not intend to keep original photos indefinitely. Signed-in users may keep reports in History until deleted. • Account and billing records are retained while the account is active and for a limited period afterward for billing, disputes, security, and law. • We use HTTPS/TLS and access controls. No system is perfectly secure.

The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or the higher minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect children’s data. Contact 827727847@qq.com if you believe a child provided data to us.

We may update this Policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Material changes may be highlighted in the Service.
