Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid StyleAI plans purchased through Creem. It should be read with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Prices are charged in USD or EUR. Payment methods may include cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA where Creem offers them. Local wallets are not supported.

Because digital entitlements (analysis quotas and Style DNA features) may be delivered immediately after payment, fees are generally non-refundable once checkout succeeds and benefits are activated. Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory consumer rights in your country or region (including cooling-off or withdrawal rights that cannot be waived).

We may issue a full or partial refund, at our discretion or as required by law, if: • You were charged in error (duplicate charge) • The Service was unavailable for a prolonged period solely due to our failure and we could not reasonably restore access • Applicable law requires a refund or withdrawal period and you submit a timely, valid request • Creem or your payment provider reverses a payment under their rules (chargebacks are handled case by case)

Include: • Registered email • Approximate purchase date and amount/currency • Reason for the request We aim to respond within a reasonable time. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method through Creem and may take several business days to appear on your statement.

One-time plans: access lasts for the purchased period; there is no automatic renewal unless stated at checkout. If a recurring subscription is offered, you may cancel future renewals through the method shown at purchase or by contacting support before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current period unless Section 3 applies.
