Personal Information Processing Policy

This Personal Information Processing Policy applies to users in the Republic of Korea and supplements our general Privacy Policy (/privacy). It is provided so you can understand how StyleAI (“we”) processes personal information under Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). Contact: 827727847@qq.com

We may process: • Account information (email, credentials/tokens, display name, plan status) • Photos you voluntarily upload for AI Style Analysis (optional) • Analysis results (Visual Style Score, Style DNA summaries, outfit suggestions) • Service usage logs and approximate region from IP • Payment status and identifiers from Creem (we do not store full card numbers) We do not require forced collection of face data. Browsing marketing pages, viewing pricing, and managing an account do not require uploading a face photo. Analysis features that need an image only run after you choose to upload one.

Personal information is processed to: • Provide the Service you request (analysis, history, stylist, membership) • Authenticate users and prevent fraud • Process payments and taxes via Creem (USD/EUR; cards / Apple Pay / Google Pay / SEPA where available — no local wallets) • Respond to support and legal requests • Maintain security and improve reliability We do not process personal information to create appearance-anxiety “beauty rankings,” or to discriminate based on religion, skin tone, or gender stereotypes.

• Analysis history: until you delete it or request erasure, subject to short technical backups • Account data: while your account remains active, then for a limited period needed for billing, disputes, and law • Payment records: as required for tax and accounting via Creem and applicable law When the purpose is achieved or retention ends, we delete or anonymize personal information without undue delay.

When personal information must be destroyed: • Electronic files are deleted using reasonable means so records cannot be restored in ordinary use • Paper records (if any) are shredded or incinerated You may request destruction by emailing 827727847@qq.com. Self-serve deletion of history items is also available in-product where shown. See Privacy Policy §4 for the full deletion flow.

We do not sell personal information. Processing may be outsourced to hosting/database providers, optional AI/vision providers, and Creem for payments, under contracts requiring confidentiality and purpose limitation. Creem supports GDPR-oriented payment compliance; StyleAI remains responsible for describing collection and deletion of Service data.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal information, and withdraw consent for optional processing (including photo analysis), subject to PIPA exceptions. Requests: 827727847@qq.com. We will verify identity and respond within statutory timelines.

We apply administrative and technical safeguards including access control, transmission encryption (HTTPS/TLS), and monitoring for unauthorized access, to protect personal information.
